Hi ndama,
Thanks for the news of 'a day's workshop of West african drumming' but can you tell us what day?
thanks

No - a drum with a head size of only 7" is not big enough to play like a djembe. (no bass) Consider buying a djembe with a head of at least 12" and long enough so you can sit and it rests on the floor.

Djembe players in Canterbury, East Kent?
Looking for djembe players in Canterbury to play just for the fun of it. I've been playing aroud a year now, so definately not a pro, wouldn't mind playing with one tho;). Seriously speaking, doesn't matter what your level is. e.mail: hkes2@kent.ac.uk and we'll see what happens!
