Hi there! If you're in Bagshot, would Farnham be a reasonable distance for you to travel? I give small group drumcircles. And even some latin percussion to boot if enough people want it.

African Beats Camp Day

Celebration of Traditional West African Music and Dance



Wonderful West African music, drumming, singing, dancing performances from 12.30pm to 12am - indoor stage with cafe, bar and stalls.

Workshops - advance booked, limited spaces.

Evening entertainment includes audience participation workshops that you don't need to book.

Camp Saturday and/or Friday night.

Modou Diouf, Diene Sagna, Batch Gueye & others

Seckou and Sura - an extraordinary Kora and singing duo!

Nansady & Funkama - Nansady Keita's djembe kan and Dunduns

Hamana Bjemakan - Drum and dance + audience participation - dancing. Saskia Bakayoko and Idrissa Camara will guide you through some Guinean dance moves with grooves from Djembefolas Vieux Bakayoko, Iya Sako and drummers.
