Hi there! If you're in Bagshot, would Farnham be a reasonable distance for you to travel? I give small group drumcircles. And even some latin percussion to boot if enough people want it.

Sizzling Sabar Day in Bristol on sunday August 1st 2010
DMAC-UK PRESENTS:
Kai kai kai…!!!! Not to be missed… the 1st of its kind in the South-West:


A 2hr morning Senegalese Sabar Drum workshop led by Amdi Ngom, professional drummer from Dakar.
Lunch break will be followed by a 3hr afternoon Sabar dance workshop taught by professional female dancer Awa Goudiaby, who wowed the audience recently at African Beats Camp. Amdi, Batch Gueye & the master drummer Karim Mbaye will be playing for the dance, so prepare yourselves for a hot, exciting & spicy session!
Both Amdi & Awa toured the UK & Europe with the spectacular show Afrika Afrika!

Morning:
10.30-12.30 Sabar Drumming Workshop, with Amdi Ngom – all levels welcome
(please bring your own drum if you have one, there will be a limited number of drums to borrow)
Afternoon:
14.00-17.00 Sabar Dance Workshop, led by Awa Goudiaby, with live drumming – all levels welcome
